Unconditional Event Refund Policy

We sincerely hope and pray that there will be no remaining travel restrictions due to COVID in 2022, but we understand that there is hesitation to commit to future events, so we are offering an unconditional cancellation policy for the CEF 2022 event. Should we need to cancel next year’s event for any reason but particularly due to travel restrictions issued by the US government, group size restrictions, etc., all event fees will be fully refunded. Should you personally choose to cancel for any reason, your event fees will be fully refundable through May 1, 2022. Please note that membership fees are separate and are non-refundable.

Airport, Travel, and Transportation Information

If you need a visa invitation letter, please let us know and we will get that to you as soon as possible.

We recommend flying into the Eagle County Airport (EGE) if at all possible, as ground travel is much quicker and less expensive than from Denver International Airport (DEN). We have arranged a special rate with a shuttle company for transportation to and from Beaver Creek.

Click here to book your airport shuttle with our special rate.

Collaboration Day

Wednesday, after the official conclusion of the Event on Tuesday evening, is a favorite among delegates for forging deeper relationships in a less-structured setting. This year we are adding the option to collaborate specific cohorts around bringing God’s solutions to specific challenges during the morning hours, along with the customary casual dinner in the evening.

You are welcome to either participate in cohorts or to enjoy the day in another way, and all are welcome at the dinner. We hope that you will plan to stay through Wednesday the 27th for this special day!

Collaboration Day Info

Summers in Beaver Creek are beautiful. Average daytime temperatures in July are in the 70s F / 20-25º C. Evenings are cooler, and lows will drop to around 49°F / 9°C.

Beaver Creek sits at over 8,000 feet / 2.400 meters elevation. Please keep in mind that with the higher elevation comes dry air and a greater likelihood to sunburn. We recommend staying extremely hydrated to avoid altitude sickness and wearing sunscreen for extended periods of time outside. To help alleviate altitude sickness, consider arriving a day or two early to acclimatize.

Dress Code & Packing Information

The attire for CEF 2022 is resort casual. Dinner on Monday will be casual and the attire for our reception and closing banquet on Tuesday night is coat and tie for the men and dresses for the ladies. We hope to have several evening receptions outdoors (weather-permitting), so we encourage you to bring a sweater or light jacket.
