Please take your time filling out the following application. Every question helps our Member Care team get to know you more and will allow us to serve you best.
The CEF Leadership team carefully reviews each application to ensure the best possible fit for CEF. We have a strong commitment to maintaining a high level of excellence in the membership community and at our Global Event.
In the application, you will be asked to share about yourself, your experience, and your testimony. We will not share this information with anyone outside of the CEF community and will use this information solely towards the goal of approving your application.
Once you submit your application, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Our Member Care team will review your application and inform you of your status within approximately 10 business days. If approved, you’ll have the ability to sign up for membership and/or register for the Global Event.

- Believe that the Bible is true
- Believe that God’s purposes guide our lives
- Contribute to the GDP through industry transactions
- Are generous with our money, time and words
- Are compelled to honor, work alongside, and share with others
